08 May New Survey Says US Customers Still Loyal to Facebook Even After Privacy Scandal
A recent Reuters/Ipsos survey revealed that most US Facebook users are still loyal to the company even after its recent scandal involving the misuse of its users’ personal data.
Polling 2,194 US users between April 26 to 30, Â Reuters/Ipsos found that around 64% used Facebook at least once a day, only slightly down from the 68% in late March after the Cambridge Analytica story broke.
74% of Facebook users said they were aware of their current privacy settings, while 78% said they knew how to change them. Among Twitter users, this was 55% and 58%, while for Instagram users, it was 60% and 65%.
