28 Apr Facebook Warns of More “Cambridge Analytica” Incidents
It was revealed this week that Facebook, in its quarterly report had warned investors that there may still be more incidents similar to the one involving Cambridge Analytica.
The social network also warned that they may receive news about other undesirable third parties accessing Facebook data through the news, which may negatively affect user trust and engagement and adversely affect the company.
However, it was noted that the company seem to be doing better than expected, as shares went up 9.1% last Thursday after it was revealed that first quarter profits and sales had exceeded targets.
