Employees Object to Installing Work Software on Devices, New Research Says

According to new research from analyst firm CCS Insight, around 74 percent of workers are rejecting the use of workplace software on their personal devices.

Polling 672 employees from US and Western Europe on their attitudes to digital technology, the firm also found that WhatsApp is now the most widely used mobile business app ahead of Microsoft Office 365.

45 percent still said that they trust Microsoft the most with their data, followed by Google which is the clear leader among millennials. However, more than half said their trust in Facebook has declined in the past 12 months after the Cambridge Analytica scandal.
