14 Mar DOH Refrains from Sharing Dengvaxia Data
Health Secretary Francisco Duque III announced this week that the DOH will be heeding the advice of the National Privacy Commission and will not be sharing the Dengvaxia master list which contains the names of dengue vaccine recipients.
The Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) had already requested the DOH for a copy of the Dengvaxia master list. However, Duque said that they will only share the list if directed by a court or agency, and that the DOH will be circumspect in disclosing the information as advised by the NPC which enforces the Data Privacy Act.
