Experts said this week that Facebook user data is reportedly being sold in the dark web for a paltry sum of $3.90 per login and $2.70 per email login.
Sources have also said that the majority of a person’s online life, including usernames, passwords, and email addresses, can be bought for just $970.
Cheshire-based company Money Guru said that the data is of great interest to companies that want to do targeted advertising.
The experts additionally revealed that Reddit logins were being sold at $2.09, Instagram passwords at $6.30, and Twitter passwords at $3.26.
