28 Dec Mozilla Says Indian Companies are Aware of Privacy Risks
In a recent roundtable discussion on data privacy in India, Mozilla’s Lead Product and Data Counsel Urmika Shah said that Indian companies seem to be very aware of data privacy risks, as well as data privacy legislation around the world.
Shah added that contrary to popular belief, these companies have already taken the initiative and implemented measures within their services that are more privacy or security protective.
Shah also mentioned that Mozilla also launched its own Lean Data Practice website this, which is a public resource for organizations looking to work on data privacy, security of user data, and prepare security breaches.
