24 Feb Samsung Launches Data Saving, Privacy Protecting App
Last Friday, Samsung released an app called Max which, according to the company, is intended to offer users additional mobile data savings and privacy management.
The free app, which is a replacement for the Opera Max app, encrypts data traffic over a public WiFi network. It also provides tracker blocking and DNS masking, and can even boost WiFi signal to improve connectivity in a weak signal area.
The app is free for download on Google Play and the Galaxy App Store. It is currently incompatible with other devices aside from Samsung devices where it is originally preinstalled.
