29 Dec “Privacy Coins” Becomes Popular Cryptocurrency Trend
With the unprecedented success of the cryptocurrency market this year, experts have identified a new trend in the market which may have contributed greatly to the rally of virtual currencies.
In addition to the desire to see blockchain technology as a solution to a number of problems, and the push to legitimize “coins” as a viable form of decentralized currency, experts say that investors are now seeking the anonymity and privacy provided by cryptocurrencies such as Monero and Verge, the latter being the best performing coin in the space.
However, experts also warned that even anonymous coins may not be safe from government intervention, citing the recent moves against cryptocurrency in China and South Korea.
