14 Sep California Broadband Privacy Bill Vote to be Held This Friday
The A.B. 375 bill which would restore a number of protections related to broadband privacy is set to be voted upon this Friday.
The California Broadband Privacy Bill had previously languished in the Senate Rules Committee due to resistance from big telcos AT&T, Verizon and Comcast. However, it had gained massive public support, with constituents applying pressure on their representatives.
Californians are being informed that they still have time to call their Assemblymember and state Senator until September 15.
